Frank Lloyd  Wright was best know as an American architect. He believed in designing buildings that were in harmony with there surroundings in nature. This philosophy is known as organic architecture. He lived from 1867 to 1959. Fallingwater is a house that he designed that was built in Pennsylvania. This is the design that he is most known for. This house has received many high awards such as becoming a national historical landmark and was named the best all time work of American architecture for houses in 2007. This beautiful house sits partly over a waterfall and is now a public museum. Despite this being Lloyd's most famous houses build, it has had many repairs done to it. The concrete from the beginning was faults back in 1937 when it was completed. Also because of the humidity there is molding and leaks from inside. The house is estimated to cost around 2.2 million and over 11 million with restoration alone.
